Also, we have Childcare Partnership and Family Childcare Home contractual agreements with 5 private childcare agencies (6 locations) and 11 family childcare home providers located in the surrounding communities of Palm Beach County, Florida. In addition, we will continue our sub-recipient contract agreement with Palm Beach County School District, Hispanic Human Resource Council, and Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA). Early Head Start (EHS) and/or Head Start (HS) Programs are now accepting applications for children who will be 2, 3, and 4 years-old by August 31. In our Head Start and Early Head Start (EHS) programs we offer a maximum of 222 days of services to infants, toddlers, and preschool age children, which equates to approximately 2,220 learning hours per child, thus exceeding the annual requirement of 1,380 hours by 62% for EHS and exceed the annual requirement of 1,020 hours by 46% in HS.
